Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own Beguile’s online presence, turning followers into a passionate community. The role is fully remote but based in Lagos, and you will work closely with the content team to make fragrance stories come alive on TikTok and Instagram.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and schedule content created by the content team on TikTok and Instagram, maintaining a consistent on‑brand voice.
• Engage daily in comments, DMs, tags and mentions with witty, timely responses.
• Grow the brand’s follower base by leveraging platform‑specific trends and cultural moments.
• Recruit, manage and activate a creator community, turning user‑generated content into social and advertising assets.
• Monitor performance metrics and audience insights to refine posting strategy.
• Collaborate with the content team on ideation, providing platform feedback and audience preferences.

Required profile

• Strong aesthetic sense for premium fragrance branding.
• Proven track record of growing brands on TikTok and Instagram with measurable results.
• Experience in beauty, fragrance or fashion sectors is a plus.
• Self‑starter who can spot opportunities and act without detailed direction.
• Passion for community building and continuous learning.
