Social Media Manager & Creative Lead

About the role

We are seeking a creative, execution‑driven Social Media Manager & Creative Lead to enhance SCILS’ online visibility, build community, and support business objectives through compelling digital storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms by publishing consistent content, engaging audiences, handling community interactions and optimizing each channel.
• Develop and execute content calendars, campaigns and digital initiatives that align with organisational goals and brand positioning.
• Create engaging visual and written assets—including graphics, short‑form videos, captions and storytelling pieces—tailored to diverse audiences.
• Design and edit social media assets using tools such as Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain brand consistency across all online touchpoints and position SCILS as a credible professional brand.
• Interact professionally with online audiences, respond to inquiries, support lead generation and foster positive community experiences.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse engagement data and apply insights to improve reach and campaign effectiveness.
