Social Media Lead

About the role

TeKnowledge is seeking a Social Media Lead to develop and execute its global social media strategy, driving brand visibility, supporting demand generation and keeping messaging consistent across markets. The role works closely with Marketing, Sales, Creative and Executive teams to deliver high-impact content and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the global social media strategy, aligned with brand positioning, business objectives and go-to-market priorities.
• Oversee creation, planning and management of multi-platform content calendars, partnering with Creative on visual and narrative consistency.
• Maintain governance of messaging, tone of voice and brand consistency across all social channels.
• Support Sales and Marketing with copywriting for presentations, blogs, case studies and campaign assets, and review contributed content for clarity and quality.
• Support up to four executives with tailored content strategies and social media plans, manage and grow the CEO's LinkedIn presence, and develop and publish four executive blogs per executive per year.
• Analyze social media performance across platforms, tracking engagement quality, audience growth and content contribution to awareness and demand, and deliver quarterly insights on web traffic, campaign alignment and audience trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Creative and Executive teams to align messaging and priorities, and act as steward of brand narrative and content governance.

Required profile

• 5 to 9 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree (required); Master's degree not required.
