Social Media Assistant

About the role

The Social Media Assistant will work full‑time on‑site in Lagos, supporting T&N Holdings’ diverse portfolio of hospitality, wellness, fashion and lifestyle brands. The role focuses on planning, creating and publishing content to boost brand visibility and audience engagement across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting social media posts and organizing visual assets such as photos and videos.
• Schedule and publish content, monitor comments and direct messages, and report basic performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure consistency with brand voice and standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, algorithm changes and emerging content formats.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva and CapCut for graphic and video creation.
• Good photography, videography and video‑editing abilities.
