Online Marketing Partner – Student Recruitment

About the role

The Maxim Solutions seeks a results‑driven Online Marketing Partner to generate and convert leads for its upcoming IELTS and CELPIP preparation classes. You will work remotely, using your digital marketing expertise to attract prospective students and drive enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run online marketing campaigns across social media, messaging platforms, online communities, and study‑abroad groups.
• Identify and target candidates planning international study, professional licensing, or migration who need high IELTS or CELPIP scores.
• Create engaging promotional posts, direct‑outreach messages, and paid or organic funnels to turn inquiries into course registrations.
• Track lead sources, monitor inquiries, and report successful enrollments to ensure transparent performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven track record in digital marketing, social media lead generation, education sales, or affiliate marketing.
• Strong understanding of the target demographics – students, professionals, and migration candidates.
• High integrity, self‑motivation, and excellent communication skills.
