SIWES Internship – Support Daily Operations

About the role

The SIWES Intern will join Kuda’s team to support daily operations in the assigned department, gaining practical, hands‑on experience related to their field of study. This role offers exposure to fintech processes while working alongside a diverse, multinational team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day departmental tasks and projects.
• Support team members with administrative and operational duties.
• Participate in training sessions, meetings and team activities.
• Conduct basic research, data entry, documentation and reporting as required.
• Observe and learn industry best practices relevant to the department.
• Follow supervisors’ instructions and ask for clarification when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Adhere to workplace policies, safety guidelines and ethical standards.
• Complete the SIWES logbook and required reports accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a tertiary institution and eligible for SIWES.
• Course of study relevant to the assigned department.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email).
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and work in a team.
• Good communication, professional attitude, punctuality and reliability.
