Senior Supply Chain Manager – Healthcare & Digital Pharma

About the role

OneHealth is seeking a senior leader to drive end‑to‑end supply chain strategy for its digital pharmaceutical business in Nigeria. You will shape operational excellence, automation and regulatory compliance across the entire logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead wholesale distribution, warehousing and strategic inventory planning for pharmaceutical products.
• Automate manual workflows by implementing rule‑based systems, including a 60‑minute failover protocol and a 15‑minute sourcing cutoff.
• Drive the “Backward Integration through Inventory Scaling” initiative and manage importation processes.
• Oversee regulatory governance, maintain PCN pharmacy licensing and manage NAFDAC product registration.
• Ensure 100% Good Storage Practice compliance, cold‑chain integrity and warehouse loss‑prevention programs.
• Mentor and scale cross‑functional teams in Procurement, Fulfilment and Regulatory functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Regulatory Affairs or related field; Master’s or MBA is a strong advantage.
• Registered Pharmacist with a valid license (mandatory).
• 5+ years progressive leadership experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, procurement, regulatory compliance, importation and warehousing.
• Relevant certifications such as CIPS, CSCP, CILT or Project Management are highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern ERP/WMS platforms, specifically Odoo and SAP.
• Deep expertise in NAFDAC product registrations and PCN licensing processes.
