Senior Sales Manager

About the role

Emerging Hire is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead the acquisition and management of high‑value clients across SMEs, corporates, HNIs and businesses with significant cross‑border payment needs. You will be the senior point of contact, shaping the sales strategy and driving revenue growth for FxBridge’s payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and close strategic clients, handling complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality sales pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals and partnership opportunities.
• Achieve personal and team revenue targets by increasing transaction volume and repeat business.
• Oversee multiple sales pods, reviewing pipeline quality, performance and setting clear priorities.
• Coach and develop sales team members in prospecting, negotiation and relationship management.
• Define target sectors, client profiles and outreach strategies to maximise revenue outcomes.
• Collaborate with treasury, compliance and operations to ensure smooth execution of large transactions.
• Provide senior commercial insight to leadership, sharing market feedback and growth recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, business development, relationship management or fintech.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value deals and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong ability to engage senior decision‑makers such as CEOs, CFOs and treasury heads.
• Experience leading sales teams or pods and driving performance improvements.
