Senior Product Manager - Financial Operations

About the role

Duplo, a Lagos‑based fintech, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Duplo Dashboard – the core platform finance teams use for invoicing, payments and spend control across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy, vision and roadmap for the Financial Operations suite (e‑invoicing, billing, expense management, direct debit) and drive monetisation.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of invoicing, local and international transfers, expense management and related analytics, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements in each market.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, compliance, finance and GTM teams to ship features, manage backlogs, and monitor performance metrics.
• Lead customer discovery, stakeholder interviews and feedback loops across Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana and Kenya.
• Track market and competitive landscape to refine positioning, pricing and growth levers.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B fintech, payments or SaaS.
• Proven track record of shipping financial operations solutions and monetisation features.
• Hands‑on experience with payments products, including local payouts, cross‑border transfers and FX.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to define success metrics and use data to prioritise roadmap.
