Senior Physiotherapist & Clinic Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Physiotherapist and Clinic Coordinator to lead clinical operations at our Asaba clinic. This role blends advanced physiotherapy expertise with leadership and operational management to ensure excellent patient care and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinic and staff operations.
• Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor junior therapists and students.
• Support referral generation and clinic business growth.
• Ensure proper patient documentation, billing, compliance, and site maintenance.
• Drive revenue, productivity, and overall clinic performance.
• Contribute to policy development, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy (MSc/Doctorate is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years post‑NYSC professional experience.
• Current MRTB license.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Experience supervising and training junior staff.
