Clinical Physiologist – Women’s Health & Wellness

About the role

Naxawellness is seeking a Clinical Physiologist to join its multidisciplinary team. You will work directly with clients to uncover root‑cause drivers of hormonal, digestive, nervous and metabolic symptoms and guide them through personalized treatment phases.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client consultations, reviewing health history, lifestyle habits and laboratory results.
• Identify possible root causes and develop individualized treatment protocols using the Naxawellness methodology.
• Prioritize treatment phases based on system interactions and symptom presentation.
• Create clear clinical documentation and maintain client records.
• Monitor client progress, adjust protocols as needed, and collaborate with nutrition and herbal medicine teams.
• Educate clients on lifestyle and wellness recommendations.
• Participate in clinical case reviews and continuous learning activities.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in human physiology and applied exercise physiology.
• Knowledge or experience in neurophysiology and polysomnography.
• Excellent communication skills to translate scientific concepts for patients and colleagues.
• Academic background or professional certifications in physiology (advantageous).
• Interest or experience in integrative, naturopathic, or functional medicine.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Research experience in human physiology, data analysis, and scientific writing is highly beneficial.
