Senior Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are building a modern herbal wellness company focused on high‑quality natural health products and looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own paid customer acquisition and create a predictable growth engine. The ideal candidate can turn a product, audience and budget into systematic customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance of paid marketing channels from strategy through execution.
• Plan and manage paid acquisition campaigns, primarily across Meta and other platforms.
• Develop campaign structures, audiences, offers and retargeting strategies.
• Manage and optimise advertising budgets.
• Collaborate with the content/creative team to develop and test ad creatives.
• Identify products, messages and offers that merit increased advertising investment.
• Improve the journey from ad to landing page to purchase.
• Design and run structured A/B tests.
• Analyse campaign and customer data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build reporting around CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV and other key metrics.
• Scale successful campaigns and quickly diagnose under‑performing ones.
• Help Naxa Wellness build a repeatable customer‑acquisition system.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience running performance marketing for a consumer‑facing business.
• Managed significant advertising budgets independently.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of Google Ads and paid search.
• Proven track record of growing or optimising campaigns using real performance data.
• Knowledge of conversion funnels, attribution, remarketing and creative testing.
• Comfort making decisions based on numbers rather than vanity metrics.
• Experience with e‑commerce or direct‑to‑consumer customer acquisition.
• Ability to work closely with designers, content creators and marketing team members.
• Commercial mindset focused on revenue, margins and acquisition cost, not just impressions and clicks.
