Senior Officer, Corporate Governance Advisory & Compliance

About the role

The Senior Officer will support the delivery of corporate governance, ethics and compliance advisory engagements for organisations across various sectors, working closely with experienced professionals on board evaluations, policy development and research projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of governance, ethics and compliance advisory engagements, including research, assessments and policy development.
• Manage project aspects from inception through execution and close‑out, ensuring high‑quality outputs within timelines.
• Develop proposals, concept notes, presentations and other business development materials.
• Maintain effective client communications and contribute to thought‑leadership content on governance and regulation.
