Senior Officer, Client Acquisition & Retention

About the role

The Senior Officer, Client Acquisition & Retention will support the Client Relations department in building long‑term relationships with customers, driving conversions and ensuring loyalty. The role focuses on increasing revenue for EHA Clinics by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones through effective communication and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Promote, follow up, and close sales/deals, including up‑selling and cross‑selling of services and products to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Create plans to identify client business needs, address complaints, and develop action plans in coordination with relevant units.
• Study competition and market trends to retain customers and inform strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineers, senior management) to ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and to optimise the customer lifecycle.
• Collect client feedback, act as the primary point of contact for complaints, and escalate issues to appropriate departments.
• Establish productive relationships with prospects in assigned sectors and ensure adherence to contract terms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of post‑NYSC experience as a Business Development Executive, Marketing Executive, Customer Success Officer or Client Service Officer.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical distribution industry is a strong advantage.
• Completion of the compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or exemption.
