Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Elevare Human Solutions Ltd is seeking a senior marketing professional to lead brand and portfolio management for its FMCG portfolio in Nigeria. The role combines strategic planning, consumer insight, product launch execution and agency coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop category and brand plans, positioning, messaging and annual activity calendars while ensuring consistent brand identity across all touch‑points.
• Conduct market and consumer research across Nigerian markets, including rural communities, and translate findings into product, packaging and pricing opportunities.
• Plan and execute product launches and activations, coordinating artwork, sampling, events and promotional activities with sales and trade marketing.
• Brief, manage and evaluate creative, research, media, digital and activation agencies; oversee brand websites and social content.
• Prepare and monitor marketing budgets, produce weekly launch updates and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product development, regulatory, manufacturing, supply chain and finance to align marketing plans with commercial priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; postgraduate or professional qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of FMCG marketing experience, including at least 3 years managing brands, launches, agencies or marketing teams.
• Strong experience in Nigerian packaged food, especially seasonings, snacks or breakfast products.
• Proven track record of taking products from concept to market and driving consumer trial and repeat purchase.
