Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high‑performing software solutions. You will shape the technical architecture across both backend and frontend, mentor the engineering team, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce technical architecture and engineering standards for backend and frontend services.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework; C#/.NET is a plus.
• Build asynchronous workflows with Celery, Redis, and message queues, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Create modern, responsive UI using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript, optimizing for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
• Architect distributed systems on AWS, including load balancing, caching, queue‑based architectures, service orchestration, and database optimization.
• Implement monitoring, observability, logging, and incident‑response processes.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, lead technical interviews, and estimate project timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum BSc degree.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in full‑stack development.
• Proven senior‑level technical leadership and architectural expertise.
