Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist to lead the design and implementation of AI‑driven workflow solutions that boost productivity across our client organisations. This remote contract position will focus on creating scalable, enterprise‑grade automations using leading generative AI platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and document AI‑powered workflows that deliver measurable productivity gains.
• Develop and optimise automation using tools such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or equivalent.
• Architect cross‑platform AI solutions ensuring portability and interoperability in diverse enterprise environments.
• Integrate AI systems with knowledge‑management, collaboration, and business‑process platforms.
• Support AI adoption initiatives, providing change‑management guidance and best‑practice recommendations.
• Analyse existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose data‑driven solutions.
• Produce clear documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and impact reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise settings with a proven record of using generative AI to improve productivity.
• Demonstrated success designing and deploying AI‑driven workflow automations at scale.
• Strong background in business process optimisation and enterprise knowledge‑management systems.
• Experience leading AI adoption and enablement across cross‑functional teams.
• Hands‑on involvement in digital transformation and change‑management initiatives.
• Excellent systems‑thinking ability to translate insights into actionable business outcomes.
