Senior Cloud Business Development Lead (Strategic Accounts)

About the role

We are looking for a senior-level Nigerian Business Development Lead to join our team in Lagos. This high‑impact role focuses on our most important clients in the banking and fintech sectors, helping them move critical workloads onto our cloud platform.

Key responsibilities

• Use your existing network in the Nigerian financial and fintech space to secure meetings with key decision‑makers.
• Identify business opportunities where our cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, AI) can solve real problems for large enterprises.
• Act as the main point of contact from the first executive meeting through final migration, ensuring technical and business needs are met.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure proposed solutions fit the client’s environment.

Required profile

• Strong, working relationships with CTOs, CIOs, and IT leaders in Nigeria’s major banks and fintech companies.
• Deep understanding of the public cloud landscape and ability to discuss IaaS, PaaS, etc., compared to other providers.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Nigerian financial sector, including regulatory hurdles and technical challenges.
• Proven track record of winning and closing large‑scale enterprise technology deals.
