Sales Representative

About the role

Jennys Glow Skincare Enterprise is hiring a full-time Sales Representative in Lagos (Marina). The role covers customer service, point-of-sale operations, cash handling and helping customers find and buy skincare products.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer their questions, help them locate items and give advice or recommendations.
• Operate scanners, scales, cash registers and other electronics; scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Balance the cash register and generate reports for credit and debit sales.
• Accept payments, check prices and quantities, and give every customer a receipt.
• Process refunds and exchanges, resolve complaints and cross-sell products, introducing new ones.
• Bag or wrap purchases so they can be transported safely.
• Maintain a clean workspace and assist in stocking and rotating merchandise.
• Stay up to date on promotions, advertisements and product information.

Required profile

• HND in accounting or a related field.
• Not more than 2-3 years of work experience.
• Must reside in Lekki or Ajah, or nearby.

Required skills

• Good computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
