Marketing Manager - Printing Services

About the role

Lead Enterprise Support Company is hiring a Marketing Manager in Lagos to develop and run its marketing and sales plans for printing services. The role focuses on securing new business, building relationships with corporate clients and agencies, and managing customer accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities for printing services.
• Build relationships with corporate organisations, advertising agencies, publishers and other prospective clients.
• Promote the company's printing capabilities through prospecting, client visits, presentations and networking.
• Prepare proposals and quotations with the production and costing teams, and negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved limits.
• Coordinate with production teams so customer specifications, quality expectations and delivery timelines are understood and met.
• Manage customer accounts, resolve complaints and encourage repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, prepare regular performance reports and follow up on outstanding payments with the Accounts team.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience selling printing services.
• Good understanding of printing products, production processes and customer requirements.
• Proven ability to generate leads, win clients and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to prepare persuasive proposals and follow through on sales opportunities.
• Established network of printing service buyers is an advantage; self-motivated, organised and comfortable with regular client visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.

Remuneration is NGN 250,000 per month.
