About the role
The Sales Representative will be the front‑line ambassador for kelv pharmacy & stores, engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner while driving product sales. This full‑time position is based in Abuja and focuses on delivering excellent service in a retail pharmacy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.
- Promote and upsell items to increase sales revenue.
- Maintain fully stocked, well‑arranged, and properly labeled shelves.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Support promotional activities, discounts, and in‑store campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of an HND.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar sales role.
- Willingness to work at the Gwarinpa, 6th Avenue location.
