Sales Operations & Enablement Manager

About the role

The Sales Operations & Enablement Manager will lead the optimisation of our CRM platform, transform sales data into actionable insights, and build enablement programmes that standardise best‑practice across the commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise the CRM system, designing complex workflows, sales stages and custom dashboards for full pipeline visibility.
• Convert raw sales data into business intelligence using advanced Excel or Google Sheets models to guide leadership strategy.
• Create and deliver sales enablement materials and training that drive adoption of standard processes.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales forecasting and conversion tracking, ensuring data integrity throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Coordinate with treasury, compliance and account management to streamline handovers and maintain operational consistency.
• Enforce operating standards and monitor pipeline discipline to meet revenue objectives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations or sales enablement.
• Proven track record of improving process efficiency in a fintech or B2B payments environment.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage competing priorities in a hybrid setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with influence over commercial stakeholders.
