Sales Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Officer to promote and sell our manufacturing and warehousing products to walk‑in and prospective clients. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships and ensuring smooth order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to walk‑in and prospective clients to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Generate, follow up on, and convert sales leads and quotations.
• Provide accurate product, pricing, and promotional information to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare sales orders accurately and coordinate with the store for fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow‑ups.
• Submit regular sales activity reports to the Sales Lead.
• Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in electrical, building materials, trading, retail, distribution or related product‑based businesses.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
• Proven track record of generating leads and converting prospects into customers.
• Target‑driven, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
• Good organisational and record‑keeping skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with store and operations teams.
• A verifiable guarantor.
