Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

House Of Marv is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead its commercial growth in the fashion and retail space. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, driving revenue and building a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Set, monitor and achieve customer acquisition, sales and revenue targets.
• Lead, coach and supervise the Sales & Marketing team.
• Manage the sales pipeline, lead follow‑up and conversion processes.
• Oversee marketing activities on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.
• Design and manage field marketing, partnership initiatives and corporate relationship programs.
• Create customer retention, referral and repeat‑purchase programs.
• Track campaign performance, sales results and acquisition costs, and report on leads, conversions, revenue and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development or a similar commercial role.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Data‑driven, commercially minded and results‑oriented.
