Sales & Marketing Executive – Real Estate

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will promote LA’REALEZA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED’s real‑estate and development portfolio across Lagos. Working on‑site, you will engage prospective clients through calls, meetings and property visits to generate and close sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and follow up leads via phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and property tours.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Support marketing campaigns and coordinate property viewings.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales experience with lead generation, negotiation and closing in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to train and guide team members or sales agents.
• Experience in real‑estate, construction or related sectors is an advantage.
• Comfortable conducting on‑site property visits and meeting clients in person.
• Minimum diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or equivalent work experience.
