Sales Manager - Skincare, Beauty & Personal Care

About the role

Elevare Human Solutions Ltd is looking for a Sales Manager for its skincare, beauty and personal care business, based in Lagos. The role leads the sales team, drives revenue targets and builds partnerships with retailers and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to meet performance expectations.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, beauty stores, salons and other business partners.
• Promote the company's skincare products and communicate their features and benefits.
• Monitor sales performance, customer acquisition, repeat purchases and revenue growth.
• Track sales targets, prepare performance reports and update management regularly.
• Conduct market research on customer preferences, competitors and beauty trends.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' sales experience, including team leadership or sales management.
• Previous experience selling skincare, cosmetics, beauty or personal care products strongly preferred.
• Experience managing sales representatives, distributors or retail sales channels.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow revenue.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lekki, Lagos.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM or sales reporting tools.
