Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead acquisition and management of high‑value clients across SMEs, corporates, HNIs and businesses with cross‑border payment needs. You will own the sales pipeline, drive revenue growth, and build long‑term relationships while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire high‑value clients through referrals, partnerships, cold outreach, market research and sector‑based prospecting.
• Lead senior‑level sales conversations with business owners, finance leaders and executives, articulating FxBridge’s value proposition.
• Qualify, negotiate and close complex deals by understanding transaction volumes, corridors, pricing expectations and service requirements.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, increase transaction volume and generate repeat business.
• Serve as trusted point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Support client onboarding and transaction execution, coordinating with treasury, compliance and operations teams.
• Mentor junior sales staff, assisting with prospecting, meeting preparation and deal closing.
• Contribute to sales strategy by identifying priority sectors, partnership opportunities and process improvements.
• Build and eventually manage a small sales pod, driving team targets and accountability.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility on pipeline activity, client feedback and revenue performance.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, relationship management, fintech, banking, FX or payments.
• Proven track record of acquiring and growing corporate, SME or high‑net‑worth client portfolios.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior decision‑makers.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior sales team members is a plus.
