Sales Intern - Fintech

About the role

KetaPay is looking for a Sales Intern to work closely with its growth team. You will help bring new customers onto the platform, build relationships with businesses that need secure escrow transactions, and learn the fundamentals of fintech sales in a fast-growing startup.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to prospective business customers
• Support the sales team in running product demos and onboarding calls
• Track leads and follow-ups in the CRM
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to product and marketing teams
• Represent KetaPay at community events and partner meetups

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and following up with leads
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
• Based in or willing to work from Lagos

Nice to have

• Prior experience in sales, customer support or business development
• Familiarity with fintech or payments products
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Notion
