Sales Executive - Real Estate

About the role

Thinkmint Nigeria is recruiting experienced, confident and results-driven Sales Executives for its real estate business, based in Maryland, Lagos. The role suits people who are outgoing, well-presented and able to build strong relationships with clients and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients and investors
• Generate quality leads and turn prospects into paying clients
• Market and promote the company's real estate products and investment opportunities
• Conduct client meetings, sales presentations and property inspections
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Negotiate and work towards achieving sales targets
• Represent the company professionally at networking events, exhibitions and other business engagements

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or a related field, preferably in real estate
• Ability to generate leads, manage prospects, negotiate and close sales
• Smart, confident, outgoing and highly personable
• Well-groomed, professionally dressed and polished in appearance and conduct
• Comfortable dealing with high-profile clients, investors and business professionals
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet sales targets
• Familiarity with the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage
