Sales Executive – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to market and sell luxury residential properties, land, and investment opportunities in Abuja. The role involves generating high‑quality leads, building relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate clients, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to post‑sale follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell luxury residential properties, land, and real‑estate investment opportunities.
• Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, social media, realtor partnerships and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, investors, corporate executives and property owners.
• Conduct property inspections, site visits and deliver professional presentations to prospective buyers.
• Manage the complete sales process, including negotiation, closing and post‑sales follow‑up.
• Provide accurate information on locations, pricing, investment potential, documentation and payment plans.
• Maintain a strong network of realtors, consultants and investors to generate consistent business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and close high‑value transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years proven experience in real‑estate sales, preferably luxury or premium properties.
• Strong knowledge of Abuja’s real‑estate market, major districts, landmarks and emerging investment areas.
• Good understanding of real‑estate documentation and title processes (C of O, R of O, Deed of Assignment, Survey Plans, Governor’s Consent, etc.).
• Existing network of clients, HNWIs, investors or realtors is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and closing skills.
• Target‑driven, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel around Abuja for inspections is an advantage.
