Solutions Consultant – Real Estate Solutions

About the role

The Solutions Consultant will drive growth by identifying and converting opportunities across developers, contractors, consultants, property owners and industrial clients. You will act as the technical bridge between customer needs and Kon‑X’s portfolio of products, energy systems, construction services and after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop target accounts, lead discovery meetings and site visits, and diagnose operational needs, technical constraints and budgets.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed proposals, scopes, bills of materials, quotations and tenders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track milestones, risks and customer commitments throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, technicians and installers to ensure compatibility, availability and successful project delivery.
• Present demonstrations, negotiate within approved limits and secure customer decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical or Civil Engineering, Building Services, Energy, Construction Technology, Quantity Surveying or a related technical discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B solution sales, specification sales or customer‑facing project delivery.
• Proven ability to read drawings, BOQs and product datasheets and turn them into technical proposals.
• Experience preparing technical‑commercial quotations, presentations or tenders with sound pricing judgment.
• Practical CRM and pipeline management with strong follow‑through.
