Sales Executive

About the role

Seed Realty is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive property sales in Abuja. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and closing transactions across residential and investment properties.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new property sales leads through personal prospecting, referrals, social media, networking, and other approved marketing channels.
• Identify prospective buyers and investors, understand their property requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
• Present and market available properties, including residential properties, estate plots, houses, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property inspections and site visits for prospective clients.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with leads and prospects via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, property owners, developers, brokers, and referral partners.
• Prepare property presentations, quotations, proposals, and other sales materials as required.
• Negotiate with prospective clients within approved company pricing and commercial guidelines.
• Guide clients through the sales process, including documentation, payment plans, allocation, and other transaction requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, inspections, follow‑ups, and completed transactions.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to maximise lead conversion.
• Participate in property exhibitions, networking events, open houses, inspections, and other promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property prices, and emerging opportunities within the real estate market.
• Achieve and consistently work towards assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular sales activity and performance reports to management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or real estate.
• Minimum of a degree in a related field.
