Homelight Properties Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join its team in Port Harcourt. This entry‑level role focuses on promoting property offerings, generating leads, and converting prospects into satisfied clients.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Homelight Properties’ real‑estate portfolio to potential clients.
• Generate and follow up on leads persistently until conversion.
• Attend company training sessions on property products and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the sales team to turn leads into closed deals.
• Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Track and report marketing activities and results to management.
• Maintain a motivated, proactive, and results‑focused attitude.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level qualification (any field; marketing, business administration, or mass communication preferred but not mandatory).
• No prior marketing or real‑estate experience required.
• Must be at least 20 years old and willing to relocate locally for lead‑generation activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Energetic, persistent, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented.
