Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business opportunities for De Velli Group across real estate, infrastructure and agricultural solutions. Based on‑site in Abuja, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while representing the company at industry events and client meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new clients in real estate, construction, infrastructure and agriculture.
• Conduct market research, prepare sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and ensure smooth handover to project teams.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Track sales performance, forecasts and pipeline using CRM tools.
• Attend industry events, site visits and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure or related sectors.
• Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.
• Business development skills including prospecting, lead qualification and deal closing.
• Ability to analyse market trends and competition.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel for field visits in Abuja.
