Sales Executive (B2B Trade & Market Expansion)

About the role

Scalein is hiring a full-time Sales Executive in Lagos focused on B2B trade and market expansion. You will identify and onboard buyers, distributors, importers, manufacturers and SMEs across Africa, generate qualified leads and meet monthly sales and onboarding targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard buyers, distributors, importers, manufacturers and SMEs across Africa.
• Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns and networking.
• Conduct product and platform presentations.
• Follow up on prospects and convert them into active clients.
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Support strategic partnership initiatives.
• Meet monthly targets: 25 qualified leads, 10 buyer onboarding meetings, 5 new buyer onboardings and 5 supplier onboardings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, trade, logistics or marketplace platforms.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools is an advantage.

What we offer

• Monthly base salary of 250,000.
• 5%-10% of net revenue generated from onboarding fees and service packages.
• Additional incentives for closing strategic partnership opportunities.
