Sales & e-Commerce Officer

About the role

The Sales & e‑Commerce Officer will join a fast‑growing online retail store based in Ikeja. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing inventory, and supporting the e‑commerce platform to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies, including cross‑sell and up‑sell of all product lines both online and offline.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through accurate order fulfillment, on‑time delivery, and cost‑effective logistics using third‑party providers.
• Oversee inventory and replenishment for both online and offline channels.
• Manage digital marketing activities to boost online presence and drive traffic.
• Track outstanding payments, negotiate transactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Research and communicate new product developments to existing and prospective customers.

Required profile

• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in e‑commerce, sales, or store/warehouse operations.
• Strong drive to achieve sales targets and support business growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and logistics partners.
