Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Officer will engage prospective buyers, tenants and investors, conduct property inspections and presentations, and guide clients through the transaction process with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective buyers, tenants, and investors.
• Conduct property inspections and presentations.
• Follow up on leads and nurture client relationships.
• Negotiate and close sales and lease transactions.
• Promote available properties through network and digital channels.
• Work closely with management to identify new opportunities and increase market visibility.
• Guide clients through the transaction process with professionalism and confidence.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales and marketing.
• Track record of successfully closing property transactions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Deep understanding of Lagos real estate and property transactions.
• Working knowledge of key real estate documents such as KYC Documentation, Deeds of Assignment, Governor's Consent, Offer Letters, Certificates of Occupancy, Survey Plans, and other title documents.
