About the role
The company is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead revenue‑generating activities in the shipping and logistics sector. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, driving customer acquisition and expanding market presence across Nigeria.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives.
- Manage sales pipelines, negotiate high‑value deals and close transactions.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve set goals.
- Prepare forecasts, performance reports and market insights for senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
- 4–5 years of proven sales and marketing experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Mandatory experience selling real estate or construction products.
- Strong business development, negotiation and closing abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills.
