Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Agent to drive new business and expand our customer base in the Banking, Finance & Insurance sector. You will work directly with prospects, generate leads, and convert them into satisfied customers while representing our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, referrals, social media, calls, and other channels.
• Present and promote the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
• Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending sales.
• Meet and consistently exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on performance.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Participate in sales meetings, promotional events, exhibitions, and other business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of a B.Sc.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
