About the role

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to lead customer engagement and drive digital transformation for new clients across Nigeria and West Africa, with a focus on the banking sector. This full‑time remote position is ideal for a seasoned sales leader who can build strategic accounts and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain deep understanding of customer business needs, KPIs and strategic priorities.
  • Guide internal teams to align TeKnowledge solutions with customer goals and translate features into tangible results.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives that create business value and drive impact.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, adoption and relationship growth across the portfolio.
  • Oversee revenue forecasting, pipeline health and strategic goal setting.
  • Manage contract negotiations, risk mitigation and revenue protection strategies.
  • Foster a high‑performing virtual team to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Proven experience as a sales leader with strong executive presence.
  • Deep expertise in B2B technology solutions, preferably within the banking sector.
  • Passion for growing strategic accounts across Nigeria and West Africa.
  • Ability to coach cross‑functional teams and co‑develop strategic account plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
