Revenue Lead – B2B FMCG Sales

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Revenue Lead to spearhead B2B sales across Lagos. You will own the end‑to‑end revenue cycle, from prospecting new wholesale and trade customers to expanding existing accounts in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and onboard new B2B customers, including wholesalers, distributors, independent retailers and hospitality operators.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of trade accounts and manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Research product categories, suppliers, pricing and market demand to turn opportunities into sales.
• Develop strong relationships with decision‑makers, negotiate contracts and drive repeat business.
• Own sales targets, monitor market trends, and continuously grow revenue against set goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of proven FMCG B2B sales or distribution experience.
• Demonstrated track record of acquiring customers and increasing revenue.
• Deep knowledge of the Nigerian FMCG/trade market and its pricing dynamics.
• Self‑motivated, independent, with an owner’s mindset and strong commercial instinct.
• Comfortable working against sales targets and taking full responsibility for results.
