Retail Runner

About the role

Scalein is hiring a full-time Retail Runner in Lagos to support the retail team in delivering an optimal client experience. The role covers fitting room preparation, store display, stock handling and customer service support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fitting rooms with requested items and keep them tidy between clients
• Prepare new items and deliveries for display in the store
• Assist in labeling items and in the visual merchandising of the store
• Maintain the store's ambiance and stock all service stations with required items
• Transport merchandise from inventory to the shop floor as required
• Respond promptly to customers' requests, passing them on to sales associates and keeping the sales team informed
• Follow company safety and security policies, report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to the Retail Manager, and carry out other assigned tasks

Required profile

• Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
• Organized, professional in attitude and appearance, a good team player with good judgment and a friendly personality

• Excellent organization, planning and coordination skills
