About the role

Salesfocus, Inc is hiring a fully remote Account Growth & Support Pro, open to international applicants. The role is full-time and aligned with U.S. Eastern Time hours, with a base pay of $10 to $12 per hour plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Nurture leads by responding to incoming business inquiries and guiding prospective clients through the service offerings.
• Manage CRM data by tracking active conversations, updating pipeline stages and logging meeting notes accurately.
• Brainstorm revenue strategies and collaborate with teammates during weekly check-ins.

Required profile

• Friendly, upbeat communicator with fluent English.
• Organized multi-tasker comfortable with cloud software and CRM tools.
• Quiet home office and a reliable internet connection.
• Bonus: prior experience in telemarketing, B2B sales or digital customer support.
