Reliance Care Officer (French Speaking)

About the role

Reliance Health is looking for a dynamic French‑speaking Care Officer to be the first point of contact for customers in francophone markets. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our health plans with empathy and a solution‑driven mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in French while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
• Provide accurate information in French to prospective clients to guide them in selecting suitable health plans.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow through to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
• Accurately record and update customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions in the internal communication system.
• Support customer acquisition efforts by engaging French‑speaking inbound prospects and encouraging them to purchase health insurance products or use company services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
• Completed NYSC or hold a valid exemption letter.
• Ability to communicate confidently in French, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numerical data.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Goal‑oriented, adaptable, and able to perform well in fast‑paced environments.
