Registered Architect - Real Estate Development

About the role

A fast-growing real estate development company based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, is looking for a registered Architect with at least 5 years of post-NYSC experience. You will lead the design and technical execution of residential and commercial projects, bridging conceptual design and on-site reality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process from concept and schematic design through to construction documentation.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers and project managers.
• Ensure designs comply with Lagos State building codes and urban planning regulations, and help secure statutory approvals.
• Visit sites regularly to monitor progress and resolve technical queries.
• Specify high-quality, cost-effective and sustainable materials and finishes suited to the Nigerian climate.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognised institution.
• At least 5 years of architectural experience, preferably in real estate development or construction.
• Full registration with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON); unregistered candidates will not be considered.
• Deep knowledge of Lagos State physical planning and approval processes.

Required skills

• AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.
• Lumion, V-Ray or Enscape for rendering.
• Adobe Creative Suite.
