Regional HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional HR Manager to lead human resources initiatives across our operations in the Marina region. You will partner with business leaders to attract talent, develop employees, and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for the region.
• Support performance management processes, including KPI tracking and employee appraisals.
• Analyse HR data, produce reports and dashboards that inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate learning and development programmes to up‑skill staff.
• Handle employee relations, engagement activities and resolve workplace issues.
• Ensure HR compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and assist with payroll processing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations and performance management.
• Good understanding of Nigerian Labour Laws.
• CIPM certification or membership is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analytics.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 400,000 to NGN 600,000 per month.
