Regional Business Head – Automotive & Aviation

About the role

The Regional Business Head will lead the growth of Worklyn Global’s automotive and aviation portfolio across the assigned region. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape strategy, drive market expansion and ensure profitable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business strategies to meet sales, revenue and profitability targets.
• Acquire, develop and manage dealer and distributor networks, strengthening key relationships.
• Lead, coach and manage Regional Sales Managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor performance metrics, market share and operational efficiency, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee inventory planning, dealer productivity, credit control and collections.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Supply Chain and Finance to enhance customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8–12 years of progressive sales or commercial management experience in automotive, 2‑wheel, 3‑wheel or FMCG distribution.
• Minimum 3 years in a regional or senior leadership role.
• Proven track record managing dealer/distributor networks and P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue and market‑share growth.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
