Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage and analyse recruitment data, support talent‑acquisition reporting and help optimise hiring processes for a leading manufacturing company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate recruitment data across all vacancies and channels, tracking metrics such as Time to Fill, Cost per Hire and Offer Acceptance Rate.
• Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and periodic management reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Analyse recruitment trends, bottlenecks and gaps to recommend process improvements.
• Support recruitment forecasting, workforce planning and SLA compliance monitoring.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc Talent Acquisition reports for HR and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, Recruitment Operations or a similar analytical role.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail or other high‑volume recruitment environments is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, analysis).
• Experience building recruitment dashboards in Power BI (or similar).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems.
• Ability to analyse and present recruitment data in a clear, business‑friendly manner.
