Recruitment Officer

About the role

Sunfol Educational Consultancy Limited is hiring a Recruitment Officer in Lagos (Marina). The role supports applicants through counselling, applications and placement, develops recruitment activities and promotes the company's institutions to prospective students.

Key responsibilities

• Counseal applicants on suitable courses and study options (about 10 minutes per student)
• Support applicants during the application and placement process
• Help develop new strategic recruitment activities, including a monthly marketing plan
• Liaise with other branches to deliver a region-wide service for the university
• Achieve agreed targets for each intake
• Give timely and accurate updates to the company and university (within 48 hours of each recruitment activity)
• Assist university delegates on recruitment visits
• Promote all Sunfol institutions daily and convert prospective clients, keeping the client register complete from enquiry to registration within 72 hours
• Send unregistered enquirers to the telesales team for follow-up and conversion daily
• Maintain up-to-date information on partner institutions' courses, materials and procedures
• Carry out any other related tasks assigned

Required profile

• Minimum BSc in a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Preferably a female candidate
• Must live around the Lekki Ajah axis
