Recruitment Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to support the delivery of recruitment projects for clients across various industries. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned client vacancies from briefing to placement.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates based on role requirements and cultural fit.
• Prepare candidate screening summaries and recommendations for clients.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source effectiveness.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment or consulting company.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Experience sourcing candidates across multiple recruitment channels.
• Experience conducting competency‑based interviews and assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Immediate availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
